Rosemary has spent much of her professional career working with children and families. As a child and family counselor, and a former in-home therapist, she understands the delicate position family therapists have in balancing the concerns of families coming to therapy, the integrity of the family as a whole, as well as the issues and needs of individual family members.
Her other passion is trauma work. Working with adults and children who have been traumatized, children with attachment and bonding issues in the mild to moderate range, and sexual abuse and domestic violence survivors of all ages. She has helped many patients and their families move toward effective and lasting change.
Her training consists of trauma counseling, EMDR Level II, Women's Studies, Reactive Attachment, Eating Disorders and Gestalt Therapy, Play Therapy, Sexual Abuse, Anger, Conduct Disorders, ODD, ADHD, Anxiety, and OCD. |
